Alexander Glecoff, M.Ads., R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA

Hi, I’m Alex. I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (R.B.A. (Ont.)). I bring a diverse background in post-secondary education, disability services, and applied behaviour analysis (ABA), working with individuals across a wide range of ages and neurotypes to support meaningful behaviour change and help clients achieve their goals.

I began my career in this field part-time in 2015, transitioning to full-time work in 2017. Since then, I’ve gained experience in a variety of roles, including direct service delivery, clinical supervision, staff training, and teaching at the post-secondary level.

After several years in the public sector, I launched this practice with the goal of expanding access to high-quality behavioural services for individuals and organizations seeking support. My practice is rooted in providing individualized, client-centered services that align with personal values and goals.

While I do not practice psychotherapy, my work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment frameworks and a strong emphasis on values-based practice, particularly when supporting emotional regulation and distress tolerance. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping others create meaningful change in their lives through the science of Behaviour Analysis.
